From the Author:

I have had opportunities to train and partner with home visitors throughout the United States and they frequently shared similar concerns; that parents and other caregivers do not understand the coaching component of home visiting and their role in the home visiting process. That was the inspiration for this book. The goal was to create a fun and interactive way to approach the topic of home visiting using a children's book.

 

This picture book can be shared with young children and their families to introduce them to home visiting. The illustrations in the book showcase diverse families and portray common interactions that are often experienced during home visits.
